Governance
Internal Code of Conduct
(Spillereglerne)
In connection with developing our Code of
Conduct for Business Partners, we have also
launched a project to formulate an internal Code
of Conduct called Spillereglerne.
This code of conduct sets the framework for how
we at Wine Group behave toward each other, our
business partners, the environment, and society.
Our internal Code of Conduct will be launched
in late 2024, along with an online training course
that all employees in Wine Group must complete
annually. The goal is to ensure that the code’s
principles are always available as a resource for
guidance and support when employees face
challenges or dilemmas.
Our target is for 90% of all full-time and part-time
employees working more than 15 hours per week
to complete Spillereglerne annually.
IT Security
IT security is critical for Wine Group, ensuring
employees learn how to reduce the risk of
cybercrime. Therefore, employees receive
ongoing training on securing their IT behaviour as
much as possible since every individual can pose
a potential security risk.
This year, the IT department worked on network
segmentation, including additional firewalls
at main locations and segmentation setups in
the MPLS network. Access to networks and
online applications is secured with two-factor
authentication.
Our IT training focuses on increasing employee
awareness about phishing, internet security,
GDPR, physical security, data protection, and the
importance of strong passwords.
Efforts are being made toward expanding access
control (NAC) and implementing Zero Trust
Security. Significant work has also been done
to prepare for NIS2 compliance. AI tools such
as CoPilot and ChatGPT will play an increasingly
important role in the company's future
operations. Policies and implementation plans for
AI tools are currently being developed, including
training in their use.
We aim for 98% of registered employees to
complete the assigned modules. While we
have reached a high completion rate, the last
few percentage points remain to meet our
goal. A leadership change in the IT department
temporarily prioritised focus on operational
tasks, but we expect renewed focus on this area
going forward.
