CODE OF CONDUCT FOR
BUSINESS PARTNERS
Wine Group adheres to responsible business ethics, which go beyond
mere legal compliance. The company upholds the values of transparency,
credibility, and respect, which are outlined in the Code of Conduct for
Business Partners. These principles apply to both Wine Group and its
entire value chain.
Wine Group prioritises transparency and insight across all value
chain activities, with a specific focus on: Environmental and climate
responsibility, Labour conditions, Human rights and Anti-corruption
policies. Violations of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. Employees
and external stakeholders are encouraged to report any breaches through
the company's whistleblower system.
In 2023/2024, Wine Group finalised its Code of Conduct for Business
Partners and translated it into English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish
to minimise the risk of misinterpretation due to language barriers.
The company has set a goal that 100% of its suppliers must sign the Code
of Conduct by the end of 2025.
