As our employees and board members are not required to disclose their gender identity to us, the gender distribution has been
determined based on employees' names. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we have not assigned a gender identity to an individual that
does not align with their self-identification. We acknowledge that this approach is based on a binary gender perspective, but we have not
received any indications from employees regarding other gender identities. Should such information be provided, we will, of course, adjust
