Focus on Alcohol-Free and Low-Alcohol

At Wine Group, we see a clear trend in society where more and more
consumers are choosing alcohol-free or low-alcohol alternatives. We
welcome the No & Low movement and have this year expanded our
range of alcohol-free and low-alcohol wines and spirits by 28% and
152%, respectively. It is important for us to offer consumers choice –
because wine, beer, and spirits are not just about alcohol, but about
atmosphere, community, and enjoyment. Choosing to avoid alcohol
should not be a barrier to participating in the great moments around
the dinner table. To make it easy for our customers to choose nonalcoholic options, we have dedicated sections both in our stores and on
our webshop, where they can quickly find these products. This is also
reflected in sales, with the volume of non-alcoholic alternatives to wine
and spirits increasing by 56%, and low-alcohol products rising by 49%
in the past financial year.

A responsible consumption of alcohol
We want to take an active co-responsibility in promoting a responsible
approach to alcohol. In the upcoming financial year, we are planning
a workshop where we will explore how we can support alcohol
consumption that is responsible both for the individual and their
surroundings. For us, it is about ensuring that the enjoyment of alcohol
is done with consideration: Alcohol should be enjoyed, experience
and respected
