Training needs are assessed individually during Employee development reviews or as
required and planned accordingly. Training requirements vary widely, ranging from forklift
certification and Office Suite courses to presentation techniques and leadership training.
Internal training on Wine Group’s own products, both in-house and with suppliers, is just as
important as external courses.
