EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT
Wine Group has implemented a new management system to ensure
efficient information flow, including regular department meetings and
individual conversations (1-1 and employee development reviews).
This initiative aims to create consistent leadership and maintain ongoing dialogue and
expectation alignment with employees.
Effective Knowledge Sharing Through the
Management System
"The fixed meetings we have introduced—1-1s, weekly department
meetings, and monthly cross-department meetings between E-commerce,
Marketing, and Theis Vine—have made a significant impact.
The most important change is that we now share knowledge more
systematically across the company. This improved knowledge sharing is
directly reflected in revenue growth, which is highly motivating. For me, it
has been a great advantage that my expertise in SEO and market trends is
now utilised more broadly within the organisation. We already had a strong
team spirit within the department, but the increased coordination has truly
strengthened our collaboration and workflow throughout the company."
