Alcohol Policy
Since we make a living by buying and selling wine
and spirits, alcohol in daily life is a balancing act.
As a wine and spirits retailer, alcohol is a natural part of our daily
operations. Our buyers and sales staff are regularly required to taste
wine and spirits to provide the best service and expertise.
To ensure a safe, professional, and responsible work environment,
Wine Group has an alcohol policy. In 2023/2024, this policy was
updated and is now included in our internal Code of Conduct, which
all employees review annually.

The policy outlines guidelines for alcohol consumption in workrelated contexts and provides instructions on handling inappropriate
situations. It emphasizes the importance of moderation and
responsibility, ensuring that all employees can perform their tasks
professionally and represent the company in the best possible way.
We also offer support and training on responsible alcohol
consumption and guidance on handling potential challenges.

and we are ready to help.
