Social
Employee Well-being Metrics
Absence and Leave
We continuously monitor
employee well-being through
daily interactions, workplace
assessments, employee
performance reviews, and
the Howdy platform.
The total absence rate in 2023/2024 was 3.74% compared to 2.4% in
the previous year. However, when isolating personal sick leave, it was
1.29%, a decrease from 2.03% in 2022/2023.
The workplace assessment (APV)
was conducted in 2023/2024, and the
well-being score is 7.9 on a scale from
1 to 10. The employee development
interviews (MUS) show an average wellbeing score of 8.0.
Howdy continuously measures
employee well-being as a whole, but
in the financial year, we introduced a
quarterly measurement exclusively
focused on job satisfaction. Here, the
responses average 7.7 in April and 7.6
in July for employees who actively
use Howdy.
Wine Group
When we look at well-being based on
our various measurements and daily
dialogues, we generally experience a
good level of well-being, as well as joy
and pride in being employed at Wine
Group. At the same time, however,
there is also a fair amount of frustration
regarding changes in the organization,
processes, and systems.
Comparing these figures with NetStat industry benchmarks, our
absence levels are within normal industry standards.
Data
We are strongly focused on
organizing the company and
streamlining systems and
processes while also cleaning
up inefficiencies.
