Howdy
In the 2023/2024 financial year, we
implemented Howdy, a voluntary and
anonymous platform that continuously
monitors employees' mental and physical
well-being, enabling early intervention when
necessary.
Howdy provides proactive support through
psychologists and physiotherapists if an
employee’s well-being shows a declining
trend. The goal is to identify potential issues
early and activate the company’s internal
and external support systems. Additionally,
employees receive tips and guidance to
maintain or improve their well-being.
Each employee can access their own wellbeing history, as well as the company’s
overall well-being score. Similarly, managers
can view their department’s well-being
history, allowing for ongoing dialogue about
workplace well-being.
Managers are also offered consultations
with psychologists and physiotherapists
if an issue arises within their department
or among employees (who remain
anonymous).
Howdy is seen as a supplement to
ongoing well-being discussions rather
than a replacement for existing initiatives.

Howdy measures each employee’s overall
well-being every 14 days, which can be
influenced by work, family, leisure time, and
many other factors.
We see our employees as whole individuals,
where well-being in one part of life affects all
other parts. The workplace is not always the
problem, but often part of the solution, and
we are happy to contribute.

Since Howdy is a voluntary initiative, we
continue to motivate employees to engage
with the platform.
