Employee well-being: A key to success.
At Wine Group, we firmly
believe that happy and healthy
employees are the foundation of
our success. We strive to create
a work environment where
every individual feels valued and
motivated to perform at their
best. Well-being encompasses
both mental and physical health,
and we continuously work to
improve conditions through various
initiatives.
Our management system (see page
50), work environment organisation,
and ongoing dialogue ensure that
we remain in close contact with
employees' needs and challenges.
When employees face difficult
personal or professional situations,
we provide safe and confidential
support. We view our employees as
whole individuals, acknowledging
that well-being at work influences
personal life and vice versa.
We offer health insurance and
access to online doctors through
PFA while also monitoring employee
well-being using tools such as
Howdy, workplace assessments,
and daily interactions.
