Equal Pay
We aim to ensure fair and equal pay for all
employees—including gender-based wage
equality—and believe we are meeting this
standard.
In 2024/2025, we will take a data-driven approach by
reviewing statistical codes and developing a structured
classification system for competencies and tasks related to
salary determination.
This analysis will then be compared with our salary data to
identify any discrepancies that need to be addressed. By
doing so, we move from assumptions to facts.
