Age distribution among permanent employees
Age Distribution
Looking at age, we have an even distribution among
the permanent staff.
The age distribution among permanent employees is fairly
balanced, with naturally lower numbers in the youngest and
oldest categories. This reflects the fact that younger individuals
are often in education, while older employees retire from the
workforce.

Among temporary workers, some work regularly for a few
hours per week, while others are employed seasonally during
peak periods, such as the Christmas season. This setup
provides variety in daily operations and allows for employment
opportunities for individuals over 15, students, workers from other
industries with a passion for wine, and retirees who want to stay
engaged in the workforce.
